We were friendly wecomed by the owners. The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was really tasteful and varied. The owners adveced us also a very nice restaurant lead by local beer producer. So we can strongly recommend staying at Haus Steirer am Kaiserwald.

The room was exceptionally clean and spacious, the food was great and the staff wonderful (especially miss Fikreta). We will definitely return. Parking is 6 EUR a day, which is not a lot considering the prices in the center/other hotels. But you don't have to drive, there is a bus station 5 minutes walk away and you can take the bus to the center, in 20ish minutes. The tickets can be bought in the bus, 7 EUR a person for 24h. And if you are in Graz for a good shopping, Seiersberg Shopping Center is only 10min away by car.

Very nice place to stay close to Graz.

Very nice place to stay close to Graz. Only negative aspect was one impolite staff member. My question in English regarding hot water for oatmeal was met with scorn and I was directed to the container which stated 'tee'. She then mocked my query to her colleague. I don't speak German well but I understand it perfectly. Her comments were just rude. Perhaps label the container Hot Water? Pity this spoiled what was otherwise a pleasant overnight stay. I still gave 9/10.

The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of cooked a fresh produce, which we enjoyed both in the breakfast room and on the patio.The room we had was well furnished, clean and had enough space for open suitcases and other belongings as well as a small table and chairs. The owners were absolutely lovely and made us feel so welcome on our first visit to the Graz area. The housekeepers were also lovely, very efficient, changing towels when needed and leaving our room and communal areas super clean and tidy.

The hotel was very welcoming, and the location to the event was attending was perfect. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of parking, and my dogs loved the welcoming treat left for them in our room when we checked in. I would stay there again, if I attend the event next year.

Very comfortable beds, AC worked great even on a hot and humid day. Lovely to have a room with a balcony. Everything was very clean throughout the hotel. Gym room was updated, breakfast was excellent, staff very friendly. Easy to find free parking even with a full hotel.
