Breakfest was prepared according my preferences. The place is very quiet in winter. Great bed and great pillow and duvet. Very stylish interior. Secure parking. Huge shower. Large garden - however could not enjoy it in winter. Option to buy their own local products - juices, marmelade, sirups and liqueurs. Very caring owners.

I spent the weekend at Sven and Joachim’s hotel, and it was one of those places that quietly stays with you. The hotel has a special charm, spacious, spotless, and set in a quiet mountain village just 50 minutes from Vienna. The room was clean and bright, no noise, no rush, just rest. Sven and Joachim are wonderful hosts warm, attentive, and full of great recommendations. The breakfast was simple and good, a perfect start to each morning. If you ever need to breathe a little deeper and be surrounded by nature just outside Vienna, this small village it’s a hidden gem worth discovering.

I was surprised by the quality of the house. I think to owners have a lot of fun running the place and really got into it. You can sense a lot of passion around the hosting business. Many things are done at a low cost, but this is not a complain, it is an appreciation from my side, because it proves that there is a passion foe this job behind. Great place!

We stayed for 3 nights in this lovely spacious place and had a fantastic experience. Everything was just as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The location was ideal, with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. We especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and cozy touches that made us feel right at home. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Breitenau!

The owner communicated well and took care all the time. Quite big apartment placed at the street level. Well isolated from the street and from the railway. All the equipment was nearly new. Unbeateable price as a bonus.

Very comfortable and clean apartment with all you need for a great relaxing time. Fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom. Very comfortable beds so you can get a good sleep. Quiet with calm mood. Easy to park your car. Shops like Billa are very close, just for a short walk.

The picture shows a hotel, this is incorrect, the ground...

The picture shows a hotel, this is incorrect, the ground floor should be a restaurant but it's being renovated, the other floors are rented out to business owners! The hotel is more like a motel at the back of the photo displayed with no apparent reception so we rang the telephone number provided and no reply. Luckily a passing farmer asked if he could help and rang his brother (the owner). He advised that the door with a dog bowl outside (paid an extra 10 Euros for this) and the key in the door was ours. There was no indication that this was our room (maybe the dog bowl should have given us a clue)! Our name in the window would have been better! The room was very nice, large bathroom with walk in shower, but the TV didn't work Oh, and after a walk, then a drive, we eventually found a Buschenschenk hidden away near the church, the meal and the most (cider) was lovely.
