It is super clean, exceptionally presented and with Lisa ‘front of house’ and Kieran producing incredible breakfasts every time, when few places seldom deserve the hype (and often ratings) they receive, this one definitely does. Lisa knows all the best places (vineyards, pubs, eateries and beaches) to go, she is the font of all knowledge and NEVER forgets your name (or your breakfast tea/coffee preference) once she has looked you in the eyes and repeated your name just the once.

Great place Wills Domain food unbelievable out of five lunches Chows table shocking big disappointment EM nowhere is the accommodation name displayed on the premises Higgins Lane Motel is what is displayed very confusing. The appartment was dirty sheet had blood or some foreign matter smeared on it very off putting The TV continuously froze none of the channels eg Netflix were complimentary : Nowhere did it say there was no housekeeping no mention of a cost would be changed.Outside balcony and stair lighting wasn’t working dangerous we asked for four days for it to be fixed never happened .The shower grout was falling out and mouldy disgusting.We had a very disappointing experience Booking.com need to make sure accommodation is of a high standard this place obviously wasn’t:

Great small town with everything you need and central...

Great small town with everything you need and central located to see the sights. The bakery has a queue at the door for 7.00am opening for good reason. Take a trip to Busselton and the pier train ride. The Servo in Cowtown has a great selection of beer. Too many wineries to mention. If you have time go south.

Margaret River is a very beauitfull place to visit.

Margaret River is a very beauitfull place to visit. We went on a wine tour with "'All About Margaret River Wine Tour'', and it was well worth the money we paid. We got to see the lovely area and the very friendly people of Margaret River. We also did th Lake Cave and that was wonderful. I would love to come again and see more of the area.

We love coming to Margaret River, everything is so easy to get to around the town, there's lovely food and drink options and the activities available within a short drive (such as caves and the beaches) are great fun for all ages.

Absolutely love Margaret River, the people are so friendly.

Absolutely love Margaret River, the people are so friendly. Everyone is just so chilled out and calm. Great mix of shops from fashion, gifts, food and books. The restaurants and bars are amazing especially Settlers and Elliott’s.

It's a wonderful town to visit, with something to interest most people. Should have booked for another 3 days. Choice of restaurants great; we revisited 1 restaurant, from enjoying it about 8 years ago. ,

Josephine’s Luxury Accommodation was beautiful, comfortable and clean. I stayed in the Victorian Room which was great. The decor is thoughtfully chosen for each themed room. There’s everything you need in the room and on site parking. It’s central to Margaret River main street, restaurants & Woolies. You can walk everywhere. Host Cheryl was wonderful, very helpful & friendly. A lovely touch was giving guests freshly cooked hot sourdough daily. I highly recommend this lovely place. Thank you for a delightful, relaxing stay.😃

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful this property is. The house was just lovely - modern, extremely clean, and well equipped overlooking trees and a lake. Outside, you get a private bbq area and a fire pit, which feels so cosy in the evenings... Location is truly perfect! The property is tucked away in a quiet spot, minutes from the Margaret River Town, so all you hear are birds singing. Staff is also amazing, very kind, caring, and responsive :).

The whole house was exceptionally well presented, with trinkets personal to the owners making it a very different luxurious experience to what we are used to. We havent had the pleasure of such elegance until now! And it was pet friendly and secure for our furry friend! It is clear the owners have gone all out with luxury in mind for their guests and it did not disappoint.
