We loved everything from the ease of arrival, a comfy bed, tea and coffee, (the kitchen is well stocked), the peace & quiet and Dusty the doggie. We were only staying for a very quick visit, but we hope to be back for a proper stay one day.

Lovely country location within easy reach in a car to surrounding towns. Homestead style property as shown in the photographs. Hosts very friendly, but do not impose.

I sent my son and his partner away for a much needed weekend off. So, I don't have first hand knowledge but they are very much like me. They said there was only one thing wrong with the whole stay at that was it wasn't long enough. They said the property was wonderfully comfortable with everything you could need and the setting was idyllic!

Our lovely host Evelyn made us feel so welcome and had a lovely loaf of home made bread wrapped up in a tea towel for us to have for breakfast. It was so nice there wasn't much left for breakfast! It is in a beautiful location where you can hear the wind rushing through the trees and the birds signing, utter peace and quiet. It was a lovely place to stay and everything is catered for, we will be back.

The property was beautiful - beautiful landscape about 20minutes from the main wineries in Barossa. The green room was just perfect. So spacious, well decorated, warm, with a well equiped kitchen and a fabulous bathtub. Evelyn was a great host, she baked us fresh bread, and left an assortment of beautiful home made jams and granola. She’s so friendly and you can see that she takes great care of all the details. A bonus was being able to see the sunrise right from the very comfortable bed and to gaze at the vast number of stars at night. We absolutely loved it here, and would 100% recommend it for any one looking for a relaxing escape in the Barossa.

Oh my goodness! What a find! Absolutely gorgeous cottage top to bottom! Really enjoyed the top quality towels and linens, shower was nice and hot, kitchen had everything we could need. Just loved it.
