Rooms are very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located in the center of the city. Both the reception and the room service staff are friendly, and they always have a smile on their face. During our stay, they brought a surprise birthday cake for my daughter at breakfast, which was a very nice gesture. The rooms are good-sized, the bed was comfortable, and their room service was top-notch.

The staff was very polite and even arranged for us to have breakfast before the schedule. The hotel is part of a complex which includes a traditional restaurant with good prices (Dasli Qala). Everything is new and clean, and the bathroom has an underfloor heating. We definitely recommend it.

Underground, secured parking. Quick check in. Friendly staff who speak English and Russian. Room was spacious. Good air conditioning, clean, amenities in bathroom. Hot pot and new water bottles every day. Breakfast on site in the restaurant was good, enough options. Restaurant we had dinner both nights, was very good quality and value. The location was also good, just 5 minutes to the historical part of the city.

Hotel is situated in excellent location-at the heart of the city. and it is close to everywhere. Hotel is very comfortable and clean. But the breakfast could be better.

Biz 1 gecə qaldıq və sonradan əlavə olaraq daha 1 gecə də rezervasiya etdik. Ümumilikdə hər şey çox yaxşı idi. Lakin otel və Booking rezervasiyası arasında ödəniş məbləğində fərq olduğu otel tərəfindən bizə bildirildi və bunu yalnız ilk günün sonunda öyrəndik. Nə biz, nə də otel əməkdaşları bu fərqin səbəbini anlaya bilmədik. Otelin administratoru (İsmayılov Taleh) məsələ aydınlaşdırılana qədər həmin fərqi bizdən tələb etmədi. Bu çox peşəkar və strukturlu yanaşma idi və bunun üçün minnətdarıq. İlk gün gəzintidən qayıtdıqdan sonra bizi xoş bir sürpriz qarşıladı. However, we were informed by the hotel that there was a difference between the payment amount in the hotel system and the Booking reservation, and we learned about this only at the end of the first day. Neither we nor the hotel staff could understand the reason for this discrepancy. The hotel administrator (Ismayilov Taleh) did not charge us the difference until the issue was clarified. This was a very professional and well-structured approach, and we are grateful for that. After returning from our trip on the first day, we were welcomed with a pleasant surprise. This was a clear sign of the hotel’s attention and care for its guests. The hotel has a children’s playroom, sauna, indoor pool, and a restaurant, and room service is also available. In short, everything is provided for a comfortable stay. The hotel staff are very helpful and always offer support whenever needed.
