All was good and the stay was pleasant. The manger and staff went above and beyond with any questions and requests. Good location if you plan to explore Sarajevo, because it’s an ideal starting location outside of town and crowds. There is private parking behind automated garage door. This is an amazing Hotel. Huge comfortable rooms with a very satisfactory breakfast with quality food not just pre-frozen food. All staff were friendly and happy. Walking distance from the train and bus station and to the Old Town. Shopping centre and restaurants close by. 100% recommend.

The Old Town Hotel exceeded my expectations during my five-day stay. The staff is very friendly, helpful and kind. They helped with recommendations, travel assistance and with anything I needed during my stay. The location is perfect for exploring Sarajevo, located in Bascarsija and close to everything. The rooms are extremely comfortable. As a person who spends most of the day walking and exploring, it was nice to return to the hotel to find a comfortable room, kettle and tea and a wonderfully hot shower to refresh myself before going to dinner. I was extremely impressed by the breakfast. There is a wonderful combination of eggs, cheeses, meats, croissants and bread, yogurt, coffee and juice. The breakfast room is very comfortable and a fantastic value to my stay. I highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Sarajevo. This was my first visit to Sarajevo since 1994 and I will return and stay at the Old Town Hotel. Highly recommend!

Cute, clean, peaceful and very great staff members. The rooms were very well conditioned with spacious fridges and the receptionists were extremely helpful and very friendly. They’ll even offer you free coffee if you hangout in the garden :) . It’s also in the best location which is only a short walk from the center and close to the car station.

The staff member Asmir went above and beyond. Her greeted me knowing my name when I entered the hotel. He found a solution for the issue with my shirts. Even though the hotel did not have an ironing service he found a way to deliver and be sure about it my shirts were perfectly ironed and waiting for me in my room upon returning.
