We chose this place as a base location to travel around by motorcycles, 30 mins from mons, 30 from Valenciennes and some absolutely gorgeous hidden gems so easily accessible. We didn’t eat at the restaurant due to husbands complex dietary requirements but the room and breakfast was fantastic. The breakfast was set out each morning by a lovely lady who always checked we had everything we needed and cleaned our room each day.

The hotel was all brand new, top condition. We went there to go to Dour festival which is a 10 min drive away. The hotel had ordered a taxi for us but it was delayed so the manager offered to take us there herself in her own car. Really really good service. The day after the staff served a late breakfast at our room. This place is absolutely amazing and can highly recommend.

This was such a lovely little cottage. Private and yet you have hosts right at your hand if needed. Very safe and nice surroundings. You can park your car right in front of the cottage it is a big plus as we were making our way home from the UK (and I needed to tidy up our belongings as they were all over the car at that time - so here I had peace and space to do it). Inside the cottage it is very well equipped, nice, clean and tidy. Just all you need to relax and get your energy back. Bed was big and comfy so we got some good sleep there.

The accommodation was exceptional. Clean, modern, high quality and the blackout shutters were perfect. The host Patrick lives next door and was very friendly and welcoming, speaks several languages including some English.

Great apartment and great place. Located in a quiet little town. The apartment is fully equipped with all that you need and has a nice harmonious design. We stayed for 3 nights, cooked and spent a really good time there and in the surrounding areas. The host is very hospitable and answers to all your needs. You can see the sunrise from the bedroom and sunset from the living room
