The family that owns the hotel was very friendly. The meals, including the breakfast, served in the small restaurant in the hotel are really tasty so there is no need to search for a place nearby. The rooms are clean and remain so every day. A quiet place which is just 15 min away from the monastery per foot and a good starting point for sightseeing.

You get exactly what you expect. The rooms were nice and well equipped. It felt clean and welcoming. We got one of the best sleeps of our lives which by itself shows how comfortable we felt in the room. Also the pillows were VERY comfortable. The location was also very convenient.

The modern apartment was very nicely laid out, very roomy and comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied to cook in. The host doesn't speak English and I don't speak Bulgarian but we easily communicated with Google Translate. He/she were prompt to respond to any questions and even offered some sight seeing suggestions. There were fresh apples and water in the fridge on arrival . As well coffee and tea. We had a wonderful stay

The host was a very welcoming, good hearted older lady who spoke no English, but was great at sign language and phoned her son who spoke English to help answer a few questions. She also gave us a plate of fresh figs from her tree. Quiet, comfortable room in a quaint village with narrow, cobbled streets and many old stone houses, although ours wasn’t. There is a coffee and tea provided at a station in the hallway for everyone to use.
