Amazing stay! The experience exceeded our expectations. Such a wonderful place to visit—full of charm and history. We loved learning about the old house and the village, thanks to the friendly and knowledgeable staff. They made us feel welcome and told us the story of the house and village, which definitely is worth hearing about. Highly recommend visiting and trying the delicious homemade traditional food. Good place for the money. We stayed only for a night so i could not tell much. There are a lot of places to park your car. There are some shops nearby.

We highly recommend this new gem of a guest house within the picturesque valley of the Vacha Reservoirs! The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and accommodating, making sure to guide us around the property, and answer all of our questions. The environment was also really nice, relaxing, and well maintained and clean - there are many places where you can sit by yourself or with friends, and enjoy a good chat and a meal. They offer a fridge with beer at great prices, along with the option to use a jacuzzi within their yard at a really good price. Everything was clean, the rooms are equipped with an air conditioner, the beds and covers were very nice, soft, and comfortable. Finally, the included breakfast was phenomenal, with homemade local dishes preprared by the hosts - "katmi", a type of pancake cooked in butter, homemade yogurt, accompanied with homemade jams of quince and figs, and finally, a "patatnik" - a dish of dough sheets, with cheese, potatoes, leaks, and herbs inside them - simply amazing! We highly recommend them! They're very nice folks!

Quiet, cleannplace a bit outside of the Yoakim Gruevo village with an outdoor swimming pool and great view. Nice rooms. Overall, it is a very good experience so we will come back.
