Staff were exceptionally helpful. They let us check our luggage when we arrived early, and provided good directions for us to start investigating the town. They helped call cabs when we needed them (e.g., to get to Arbanassi).. Breakfast was plentiful. The owner even packed some breakfast snacks for us to take with us. The location is near the Mother of Bulgaria statue in Veliko Tarnovo, so attractions in the old town are within walking distance (craft street, fortress, museums).

Really impressed! I can hardly recommend this hotel to every person that want to visit Veliko Tarnovo. Lovely view from the balcony . Also one of the best spa so far in Bulgaria.
