The guest house is in the middle of a very attractive village and it has been beautifully renovated by Valentin. It is comfortable and spacious. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare food and is a delight to cook in. The open fire in the dining area is a real treat, as is the full sized ping pong table. We have stayed twice and we will stay again.

Покрит Мост Hotel (covered bridge hotel) Newly opened hotel, freshly refurbished and tastefully decorated blending clean modern feel within the fabric of the old building. Don’t be disuaded by lack of reviews, they will come and for sure will be positive regarding all aspects of this hotel. I was warmly welcomed by the staff and owner/ manager, all friendly, professional, helpful and efficient. The location is exceptional, central on the river with 5-10 min walk to all Lovech attractions. The room was quiet, spotlessly clean with fantastic view of the covered bridge. Comfortable bed. Mini fridge and plenty of power sockets. The inclusive breakfast options were very good. At weekends the hotel has live music, the pianist was fantastic and the atmosphere in the restuarant was vibrant, friendly and relaxing. I ate in the restuarant both nights of my stay, there is plenty of choice from the menu and the food is very good. All round excellent service. Great value.

The breakfast was absolutely incredible and so abundant! The look and feel of the whole place was amazing. Loved the old traditional style of the house yet it was so clean, cozy and well maintained! The mekitsi and banitsa were so authentic and tasted just like my grandmother used to make them in the Bulgarian village... The whole experience was very nostalgic for me (born in Bulgaria but moved to Canada as a child) and my Canadian friends were in love... They said this place was their favourite out of all the fancy hotels/apartments we experienced everywhere else throughout Bulgaria.
