Veliko Tarnovo is full of gravel roads. Fortunately, the hotel arranged a taxi for us to the bus station. If not, the suitcase must be dirty to the sun. Who doesn’t know, today is Sunday, many taxi drivers are off, they can’t find a taxi🤐, the hotel arranges a private car, and then we go to the bus stop 😃

We stayed for one night and really enjoyed it. The hotel has a modern decor, everything was clean and tidy. There is beautiful recessed lighting everywhere. The staff were very nice and gave us some local tips. Our apartment room was very spacious with lots of storage, very soft and clean carpet. The beds were firm enough for us as we like hard beds. It's an oversized bed. The furniture in the room was all modern and clean. The room had heating and separate air conditioning. There is a minibar with kettle, iron and ironing board was also present. The bathroom is very spacious and clean with nice dim lighting at night. Breakfast was a little bit basic - sausages, scrambled eggs, salami, cheese, tomatoes etc with tea, fresh juice. The products were tasty though and the restaurant is very nice. The location of the hotel is great too next to a small park and only few minutes walk from the main street leading to old town. We cannot recommend it highly enough and will be back.

Amazing design, great views, attention to detail, helpful and very nice staff and of course Yevgen the hotel owner was of great help and interesting conversation 😁. Delicious curated breakfast: sourdough breads, croissants, sometimes banitsa, chia pudding, overnight oats, smoked salmon, local cheeses and cold cuts, fruit, boiled eggs, vegetables, you can order coffee with almond milk if you like. Top notch service. The staff helped us with the parking in front of the hotel. Suggested to help us with dinner reservations and got us reservations for the Tsarevets light and sound show (which was gorgeous), you could borrow cool umbrellas, which was very needed as it was raining occasionally but a bit heavy. We had a coffee machine in the room(no tea though) and in the breakfast room, you could make a coffee/tea any time you wanted and chill in the lounge/breakfast areas. Very comfortable bed, room was spacious, lux "waterfall" shower. All in all, one of the nicest hotels i have ever stayed in, and would definitely come back here next time i'm in Veliko ternovo. Recommend it to all!
