Our room and facilities exceeded all expectations. Not only was the bed comfy but the room and entire hotel is beautifully decorated. Breakfast has a wide selection of delicious options served by a wonderful lady. Hammas the owner told us he wanted to created more than a hotel.. a homelike environment which he did. Room was big, clean and looked great, the 2 tvs came in handy. We were 3 people, and had enough space in the suite. A lot of space for storage also. The view we had towards the outside pools, the golf course and the mountains were a nice touch. The parking was plenty this time of the year as well, so no stress there either, and the staff was helpful and enough of them spoke English well. While not many options were available for breakfast, the food was good, so no complaints there. Also enjoyed the peace and quiet, and for the way we planned it (set up "base" here, then park the car at Inter expo, then go visit Sofia by metro), it was perfect.
