The hotel exceeded our expectations. Everything from the room and breakfast to the staff was just amazing. Everything was super clean and comfortable, the room was spacious with a balcony and clean, well equipped bathroom. Breakfast was really good, with so many options and very tasty coffee. It is held from 7:30 to 10 in the morning, so you have quite a lot of time to go and get it. The staff was very helpful and nice. They explained everything to the slightest detail and helped with everything that we needed. Huge thanks to one of the staff members that greeted us, a younger guy with longer hair and beard (unfortunately, we didn't catch his name). He was helpful and so kind, made us feel welcome and made the whole experience wholesome. The location of the hotel is also great, the bus stop is right in front of it, the trolleybus stop is a 2 minute walk away and the metro station is around 10 minute walk from it (station for blue metro line - Lavov most). And the city center is around 1.2 km away from the hotel, which is awesome. The location felt really safe. The view from the hotel and the neighbourhood surrounding it is not very pleasant on the eyes, but it was interesting to see that part of the city as well. Overall, everything was really amazing and we would highly recommend everyone to stay here. If we ever come back to Sofia, we will most certainly stay here again. 😊

Super friendly and very helpful staff. Free washer/ dryer, Italian espresso, fruit, and sweet breads. Perfect walking location for everything you need, in the middle of all the monuments, settled on a non busy street, close to the metro, close to the main downtown vitosha street where there lots of people, restaurants, and shops. Everything! The art everywhere was awesome. The little club downstairs was playing live music the first night I was there and I love live music. It has a great vibe and if your into vinyl they have about 8,000 in the club. The staff both in the hotel as well as the club were outstanding!!! Our recent stay at this hotel in Sofia was truly exceptional, and we can't recommend it enough for anyone visiting the city. From the moment we arrived, the hostess made us feel incredibly welcome. She was not only very friendly but also provided a wealth of helpful explanations and local insights that greatly enhanced our trip. Her hospitality was a definite highlight! The room itself was wonderfully spacious and incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. We particularly loved the comfortable bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the excellent shower was a refreshing start to each day. The internet access was consistently very good, which was a huge plus for planning our activities and staying connected. The hotel's location is absolutely perfect – within easy walking distance of all the main attractions in the center of Sofia. This made it incredibly convenient to explore the city on foot. Overall, a truly five-star experience. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Sofia!
