Amazing place, clean, great pools, breakfast and dinner were top. It is suitable for both couples and families with children. The staff was kind, smiling and welcoming. They were responsive to everything we needed. I would definitely go back there again.

It’s charming European classic house, located just next to the Roman fortress wall, in the quiet neighborhood with easy walking distance to all the sights, restaurants and shops in Hissarya. Oure room was big enough, convenient and more than clean and in addition- good spa facilities. There was also good breakfast and nice surprise- five o’clock tea or coffee. The hotel is located close to the sights in the old part of the city and to the mineral fountains. The breakfast was delicious and coffee was very good. The restaurant menu for lunch and dinner was very varied and the food was extremely tasty. Towels were changed and rooms were cleaned daily. The SPA center was clean and well maintained. The staff was polite. The mineral water in the pool was 34 degrees and in the jacuzzi 46 degrees. The mineral water is healing for bone and joint problems and my wife felt relief from old pains already on the 2nd day.
