The unit was perfect for our short trip to beautiful Exuma and delivered on comfort and relaxation. It was well equipped for 2 persons right down to off repellent, sun block and sun ran sprays, first aid kit and small lamp. Kendanique thought of everything and presented it beautifully

With a spa and health club and a restaurant, Grand Isle Resort & Residences is in Farmer’s Hill, right on the beach. It’s close to many golf courses and features free WiFi and on-site parking.

Rowena picked us up at the airport and brought us to our cottage, where everything was way better than we expected. We opted for the sea view cottage, and it's adjacent to the Sandy Bottom Liquor Store (which they also run, so they're always available and close by). We had a private house with kitchen, living room, bathroom, and two bedrooms, but the best part was the patio with furniture and an amazing view of the beach. We had the beach to ourselves the whole time. We opted to rent a car (pretty important on Exuma), and they had it already there for us with the keys inside. No paperwork, and cheaper than renting at the airport and more convenient. We had an excursion booked with Coastline Adventures and Rowena was proactive about calling them to make sure it was still on (forecast of wind was iffy) and when we needed to be there and all the details. When we checked out they brought us back to the airport. The cottage is very new and in excellent condition, well stocked, and the AC works well but isn't necessary with the windows open and the island breeze coming through. The kitchen had everything we needed to make basic meals, and there are restaurants nearby as well. I would 100% recommend this place and these hosts. It couldn't have been better.

This stay was excellent. All of the pictures acurately showed what it looked liked, it was located exactly where it was shown on the map (which is important given that there are no formal addresses), it was walkable to the grocery store, a great cafe, a great lunch spot, and several very nice beaches. It was also great being right off of the main road.

This B&B is set in the shores of the Paradise Bay Beach, 15 minutes’ drive from Exuma International Airport.

Everything. Breathtaking beach and view. Charming cottage. Wonderful staff. Regina went above and beyond. Adjacent restaurant is excellent and Eva’s across the street is an experience with good food as well. The beach is quiet and there is a palapa and loungers for each cabin. This is the place to relax and chill. This is an excellently managed property. We left having made good friends.

Perfect accommodation for our week on Exuma. Our host Mark provided lots of recommendations of things to do and where to go. He also checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. You definitely need a car to get around the island, and I found the beach a bit too far for walking when it was hot. A very relaxing week.
