The lodges provided an excellent view of wild elephants drinking at the nearby water-hole and gave a real insight into elephant behaviour. The owner was exceeding helpful and knowledgeable about the local wildlife. The lodges themselves were exceptional with excellent kitchen facilities.

Hyenas howl campsite is situated in Muchenje and offers a bar. There is an outdoor fireplace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking.

In the middle of the Botswanan bush is this beautiful campsite, fully sustainable and with very passionate owners who are working with local communities. Only stayed for a night but the hosts were very attentive and helpful.

The bar and restaurant area are quite incredible. You can sit there day or night and see animals quite often in the hundreds around the water hole. The whole Safari comes to you whilst you have a drink. Incredible place.
