It’s 5 min walk from the tram ( train ) so 20 min from the city center , very comfortable - a driver just picked me up from the airport ( for free ) , the way to the airport was 8€, I booked in advance , very nice time

Everything, two charming boys at the reception were extremely kind and helpful. You can say that they were doing their job, but for me, it was more, than that. The hospitality, room, and facilities (even the small and charming gym) were amazing. Plus for boys like me, super plus for the McDonald's next doors :)

I couldn’t handle the heat (I’m from colder places), the receptionist was so kind to give me ice cold water and made sure that I’m comfortable. He even prepared the room to get the temperature colder. The room was clean, staff were so sweet and I liked the place.

Im impressed. Till till this time it's my favorite hotel. I would to come back again. This hotel has a wonderful spa where you can find everything you need or you want even a solarium. Hot pool outside, everything you like. Service cleaning two times a day. İn the evening cleaning they left you some chocolate. İt so sweet. Location is perfect.. The Bahnhofstrasse and the center is about 3km. The hotel has His own Station is Dolder Station. So you can go to the city by train or shuttle. The meal is so gurme and tasty. We were not there long enough for a fair evaluation.

We were not there long enough for a fair evaluation. Check-in in the middle of the night should never take so long, particularly when your stay has been both pre-booked and pre-paid. We were exhausted and short on time with no one at fault. We arrived safely and needed rest, not standing in line to get a room after more than ten hours of continuous travel. The room was clean. We were unable to actually check out the surrounding area to see what besides hotels may be available to enjoy or explore. Another time, perhaps.

Clean and tidy, staff were very friendly and helpful! Had a couple of minor issues, but the fantastic breakfast made up for any pitfalls! Would definitely go there again. Good value! It was only a stopover stay for one night, which was all I needed.

This is a place where you go for a sleepover when having a big layover at the Zürich airport. So, the hotels are not cheaper than in the city but it is good connected to the main station and the airport.

This was a surprisingly comfortable and quiet place to stay the night before our flight. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Pay for parking in the gravel lot seemed unfair as they did not even ask for your car info.

It's too far outside of the nice part of Zurich.

It's too far outside of the nice part of Zurich. Stay in Zurich Old Town where you can walk around. Otherwise, traffic is bad & it takes too long to get around. Only stay here if you need to stay the night before your plane leaves.

Location very close to Zurich airport. I got a taxi from the airport to hotel, trip took approx 5 mins. Bus stops right across the road, much cheaper - would use that next time, now I know it is so convenient to hotel. Took the shuttle bus back to the airport paid about €6 for the shuttle. Excellent service. I ate in the restaurant, menu not too varied - but what I had was good. Service was very good, staff pleasant and very attentive. Breakfast was nice too - quite a selection. Coffee was excellent,

The free shuttle bus from Zurich Airport to the hotel was incredibly convenient. They even had a separate little cart just for the luggage — it was so cute! And the croissants served at the hotel? Absolutely delicious — I’m not sure why they taste so good! Highly recommended for anyone arriving on an evening flight.

Ideal location for Zurich Airport. Stayed at the Jet Hotel when unexpectedly our flight was cancelled late in the evening . Staff were helpful and special thanks to Roland on reception for his help and understanding. The flexibility given to stay after the normal check out time was much appreciated .

The room is clean, the hotel is quiet, staff is amazing and very helpful. There's a shuttle bus provided from the airport to the hotel for guests and the timing is on schedule. Overall good value for money. Would definitely recommend to friends traveling to zürich.
