The hotel itself it's very welcoming, decor, staff, ambience, it's really a pleasant place. The spa it's very well preserved and clean, and has everything one could ever need to relax and have a good time. The room was super clean and comfortable, the attention to details like little gifts or personalized welcome cards were the cherry on top! The restaurant it's also a must, very good food and professional staff. Breakfast was on point, a lot of variety and was the perfect way to end our visit to such a lovely place. Will definitely return, its simply one of the best hotels I've ever been!

Wonderful location just next to the lake. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. The top rooms overlooking the lake have stunning views and the rooms overlooking the garden have big balconies. Most of the rooms are suitable for people with disabilities so they are very large, super practical and very well isolated for noise.

It was not my first stay but I am not disappointed this time either. The location is close to the centre, the room was clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and the breakfast was satisying. Bonus that the bike rental is complimentary and the lake is really close.
