The manager was exceptionally friendly and accommodating when he see that I have three person in the party he upgraded the room for us for free. He also had gone out of his way to make sure we stay comfortable and happy. He also offered to help to bring our luggage from this hotel to another hotel nearby when we switched hotel. I was extremely happy with his service.

One of the laundry room ladies help me get the clothes washed and brought it over of to my room. So nice! Also the area was very good! The restaurant nearby was very good! And there were a good selection of shops and restaurants nearby.

The breakfast was one of the best I've had in China. Elevators were very quick and the hotel was of a good quality good location easy to walk or get a taxi to other places. Staff was great and do was the bath.
