I stayed at this hotel with three friends in Zhangjiajie and had an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by our host, Winnie, who was very enthusiastic and helpful throughout our stay. The check-in process was smooth, and our rooms were luxurious, spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel’s service was top-notch, especially thanks to Winnie. She provided excellent advice on things to do in the area and helped us plan our days in a way that made everything run smoothly. Whenever we had questions, she was quick to assist. The hotel also offers a great swimming pool and a restaurant with tasty local food. The location was perfect—just a short ride to the National Park entrance. Every morning, we were taken to the park by golf cart, and Winnie also helped arrange taxis when we needed to go elsewhere or needed airport transport. All in all, it was a very enjoyable stay, and I’d definitely recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Zhangjiajie.

We arrived in China by train from Hong Kong. We came completely unprepared, without roaming, without Chinese yuan, without a hotel address in Chinese, without a route plan for the park. By some miracle, a local guy brought us from the train station to the hotel using GPS coordinates. At the hotel, we paid for our transfer, were treated to tea, bought tickets to the park, and were given a route plan. The staff didn't speak English, but we understood each other perfectly with the help of a translator. They helped us solve all our problems and plan our days in this area. They always found and brought us to the hotel by car, considering that we didn't have internet. In general, it was delightful! And the hotel itself was very comfortable. The view, cleanliness, style. Everything was superb!

What an amazing stay! Waking up to the sunrise over the strange and majestic peaks of Zhangjiajie was nothing short of magical. The view from our window felt like a live painting that changed by the minute. The owner went above and beyond to make our visit smooth and enjoyable – from the free pick-up at the high-speed rail station to the shuttle service to the park entrance. He even helped us pre-book our park tickets, so all we had to do was scan our passports to enter. So convenient! The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the simple breakfast hit the spot each morning. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat close to nature with genuine kindness and care, this is your spot. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Zhangjiajie!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this B&B! The room was spacious, with large floor-to-ceiling windows offering breathtaking views of the surroundings. We loved the welcome fruit and the projector for cozy movie nights. When the temperature dropped suddenly, the owner went above and beyond—bringing us a space heater, extra blankets, and reminding us about the electric mattress pad. It made such a difference! The in-room washer and dryer were a lifesaver, especially with the rainy weather. We also enjoyed the delicious local rice noodles at breakfast. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the national park, and the restaurant next door serves tasty meals. We even had a view of their organic garden from our window, which felt refreshing and green. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

I will call it the largest and most beautiful resort in Zhangjiajie, no matter where you go to play, the hotel is arranged to pick up vehicles for free, the whole trip is perfect. Trust me if you choose the neighborhood and you see this B&B you're gonna want to stay here.
