We were met at the doorway by a friendly gentleman who showed us to reception. The reception staff themselves were very friendly, polite and profession and gave us great information. Breakfast was a buffet affair and while there were a lot of people, there was plenty to go around and the food was of a high standard. The food changed daily which was appreciated and the fresh fruit was delicious. The room was super clean and of a big size - shout-out to housekeeping- and the bed was very comfortable. The communal areas bar, restaurants were tastefully decorated. The hotel is very well located. It was very quiet, away from the hustle and bustle, but very close walking distance to the pier where you can take tours from. You can also walk to the public beaches and the main strip with restaurants and bars and shops in just a few minutes. Very much recommend this hotel to others, great value and great service

We had an absolutely amazing time at Miraflores Boutique Hotel! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. The hotel itself is a paradise—beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by stunning nature. The food was simply incredible, with fresh and delicious dishes every day. A special shoutout to Alex and Luz, who made our experience even more special with their kindness and excellent service. Miraflores is truly the best place to stay in San Andrés. It's clearly a new open hotel and they're still finishing some details. The pool area is still under construction and some things are still missing. But everything was fine, the breakfast is very good and the location is also good. I believe that next month everything will be ready and improved and even better. The best thing is that in the rooms you don't listen the outside noise.

We arrived at Casa de las Flores last minute, because we missed our plane for Providencia. Casa de las Flores was a good choice on San Andres island. It is a bit further away from the city center, but you can easily get there (20 min drive). It is nice & calm and we had our "private" beach in front of the house! Nice swimming pool. We paid extra to have a double room with sea view; but this was worth it. The owner speaks French and gave us lots of tips to visit the island.

Relaxed and friendly atmosphere, excellent food, and friendly service. The location was perfect for Scuba, exploring the island by walking, cycling and with a “buggy” . The family running the place have kept it in very good condition. They also helped us to sort out any problems.

Honestly what we liked most were the staff. From the warm receptionist to the lady which we came to think of as our Tia, who cleaned our room and tidied our beds each morning (and even did our laundry), everything about our stay was made better because of the people who run the hotel.
