The owner is a very kind and informative gentleman . He speaks perfect English. He sets an example of excellence for his staff. And they, the staff, follow his example very well, they were excellent, too. The room was nicely appointed with a great view, especially of the city lights at night. The king-size bed was very comfortable. Although, for its mountaun location and elevation, an extra blanket would have been welcomed for the cool nightly temperatures. We enjoyed a nice, quiet, and relaxing evening sitting in the outside dining area just before going to bed. We drove in from Panama and continued our drive to the San Jose, Purisil area the next day. Breakfast is complimentary. My wife and I enjoyed both dinner and breakfast. The seafood soup and rice deserve recognition as the best we've tasted!

Location is close to the bus station on a paved road. The rooms have basic kitchen supplies but there is an outdoor kitchen by the pool with a BBQ grill you can use. Of course there is the pool itself. Good communication with the host via WhatsApp, he speaks English.

Good location between Golfito and pasó canoas, had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Even though it’s right off the main road it feels very private. Lots of nature around.

This is in my opinon the least known and under rated property in Costa Rica. A perfect, small, beautiful hotel especially for the budget concious traveller. The setting, ambiance, owners and staff are more than outstanding. It's not fancy, but very clean, well maintained and entertaing with wildlife and domestic animals. The best value for money spent I have ever experienced.

This such a Beautiful Property that is on our top 3 most unique places we have stayed throughout many years of extensive travels. Check out the cabinas on the website. Just amazing!
