Very helpful staff including clear information pre arrival, giving us a very early check in because our room was already ready when we arrived and helping to recover and return my sunglasses that I left one village over in San Francisco. A/C and the fan were very good in the room. The pool is small but refreshing.

The staff were absolutely amazing. Cooper and his team made it the best trip. They gave us great recommendations and they organized a boat trip for us. It was raining when we arrived and they very kindly dried all our clothes for us. They wanted us to have the best experience in Tortugeuro possible. Cooper called us everytime there were cool animals around like Monkeys. We will definitely stay here again.

The owner who was communicating with on this app was incredible. She helped me out so much. I got stuck in traffic due to a landslide and she guided and even found updates about it. The place is such a cute place. You can see crabs. Have hammocks around the property. Had many fans for the dorm which didn’t have ac. I couldn’t have breakfast because i left early. Great location. Walking distance to everything. They take credit card too.

Friendly owner how is glad to help with organising tours. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of town. Very nice to have a swimming pool as you can not swim in the river because of crocodiles and the sea has dangerous currents.

really lovely apartment in a quiet location. the garden actually overlooks the nature reserve. we saw frogs, iguanas, capuchins and 2 anteaters just sat on the verandah outside the apartment. the apartment was very clean and well equipped. the hosts Adriana and Rodrigo were very friendly and Adriana showed us the wildlife in the garden. Fabian, who works for the hosts, took us on a wonderful canoe trip along the river and channels and pointed out loads of wildlife. he's very knowledgeable and also so friendly. he also took us on a walk through the reserve, which was really interesting and pointed out so much wildlife, he's so enthusiastic, it was a joy to accompany him. you can arrange tours with him through the accommodation.
