Only warm hearts and sincere smiles give one the feeling of friendship and every where i went was fun. I stopped at a small restaurant and the waitress being very young and pretty spoke no English which is fine but when looking at the menu i ask if she listed among the items. Only joking in a friendly manor A man who spoke English ask what i was saying and i told him at 82 most don't expect such language. He heard what i ask and went into laughter and smiles telling all what i said. They took it the way i meant it not like i was trying to be rude. The tables around me and those on the sidewalks stopped and laughed and it set the pace for smiles.

Puerto Limon had the best tasting food I tried in all Costa Rica, l liked the fact that I could easily get public transportation to Cahuita Park to observe the wildlife and have the forest and beach all together.

Travelling though the country, exploring the best places to go for our travel channel Bakkerfeeling Adventures we make travel videos in each location. Puerto Limon is the cross point between the Caribbean coast and the rest of the country. It's a big city for Costa Rican standards and also has a very nice beach to visit. All is relatively close. A vibrant colorful city, great buses and central market. Poluted and covid crazy police patrolling Very practically minded people who were friendly and helpful, a lot Street people and did not find any art from the area or clothes was all kinda pound shops, a few very good fruit shops and street veg sellers, one had an amazing food area with yuka and rice n chicken etc, was fresh and hot, many were not.

Reception Desk woman more than great she perfect woman for the job. Waiter at table for dinner perfect woman for breakfast perfect. Would not consider change for Park Hotel they go out of their way to make me happy and have nothing but praise for the time sent there.
