The gate staff were amazing! Always greeted us with a smile and a wave. Really enjoyed how the facilities were both quite secluded, but we had everything we needed. The beach is small, but it met our needs, especially since the pool was more than adequate. We really appreciated how accommodating the office staff were in helping us check out and keeping our bags for us as we were leaving late in the evening. We’re hoping to return in a couple of years! 🥰

The moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality that made me feel instantly at home. The residence itself is beautifully restored, blending traditional charm with modern comfort in a way that feels both authentic and luxurious. The rooms are spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated, showcasing the cultural heritage of the area. Every detail—from the cozy furnishings to the serene courtyard—creates a peaceful atmosphere perfect for relaxation. I especially loved enjoying my morning coffee in the sunlit patio, surrounded by the timeless beauty of the architecture. The location is excellent as well: quiet and picturesque, yet close enough to explore everything the village and surrounding area have to offer. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway, a cultural experience, or simply a relaxing break, Kiti Traditional Residence is the perfect choice. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. It’s more than just accommodation—it’s an experience filled with comfort, charm, and heart. I look forward to returning soon!

I had an incredible stay at Pantio Living Residence. The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and everything inside was brand new. It truly felt like a home away from home. Communication with the host was excellent—responsive, helpful, and seamless throughout. The location is also very convenient, with a supermarket just a 6-minute walk away and the airport close by. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay near Larnaca!

Our experience was lovely. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, and although our time there was short, they made us feel very welcome. The place itself was clean and comfortable, and as a bonus, they even gave us a ride to the car rental the next morning. Highly recommend!

I was meet by Maria my host who was fantastic the welcome I received from her was awesome I couldn’t got a better person to greet me and introduce me to a very lovely and spacious apartment, it had everything in there which felt like home from home. The apartment is located in a very quite neighbourhood excellent for a relaxing or a low key get away, there was one neighbour in particular who was amazing she was very friendly, helpful and welcoming which made a great difference to my short stay. Outside of the apartment there is a bonus an Orange, Lemon and Mandarin tree no need to buy juice, just go outside and pick your fruit, the locals were awesome as well, there it’s different shops restaurants, cafes and bars nearby not too far a walk from the apartment to go to as well.
