It was so lovely to be away from all the tourists by the coast. Lovely open plan apartment which opens onto the patio and pool area. We were welcomed with a lovely welcome breakfast of fruit and cereal teas and coffee. Even a couple of beers and a bottle of wine. Our hosts were so thoughtful and caring in everything they have thought of in the place.

We loved this place. Everything is new, clean, looks and smells fresh, we were very sad that we spent only one night here. Apartment is equiped with new appliances, we had ice, apples in the fridge, coffee, tea and many more things waiting for us in the apartment. Would definitely recomend as it is better and cleaner than some hotels I have been to. 10/10 definitely and I never give this high of a score.

A fairly typical small Cypriot village, hilly with local...

A fairly typical small Cypriot village, hilly with local character and some great views. We found one bar 'Kafeneio' (https://maps.app.goo.gl/qoHfm7rVfULHVUaf9) frequented by very helpful Brit ex-pats and a friendly host. There are 2 other restaurant/tavernas, but reviews indicated that the only one open when we visited had 'variable' service (so we gave that a swerve). We were there to relax, not have idiosyncrasies dampen our mood ;) Set just off one of the main roads to Polis in the north, Kallepia is only 25 mins drive from the Centre of Pafos with plenty of tavernas within a 15-20 min drive (Letymbou Tavern highly recommended!)

Kallepia is a true traditional Cypriot village full of...

Kallepia is a true traditional Cypriot village full of history and a giant church … there are many stone houses and very small cobbled streets but car accessible. It is in a lovely location in the hills with great views in places. The locals are vey friendly esp if u try and speak Cypriot. Kallepia is a quiet village with great tavernas that serve very good Cypriot food.

Kallepia is a very cute, autentic village in the hills, east from Paphos. September/October was a beautiful time to go, just the season for grapes and pomegrants. Grapes were hanging heavy in every court yard. Beautiful wine trips around in the area, towards the mountains. Only one taverna was open in Kallepia, and it wasn't a great one unfortunatly.. Book in advance with them and have patience with the staff.. I think they are renovating the seond taverna, which has a good location up a hill, Monestrary somethign i think it was called, but again, it's closed (Oct 22 - don't trust Google maps in these areas!) Very cute coffee shops where the locals sit - can recomend a visit! Great supermarket by the big road, loads of local meat, vegetables and fruit! You need a car to get around.
