We had an amazing stay at Joanna’s warm and cozy home. Nestled among trees in the quiet town of Oroklini, we discovered a truly charming place. Just a 5-minute walk from the sea, near the Radisson Beach Hotel, the house is spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen perfect for shared cooking and a large common area ideal for a big family. There are two bathrooms, and the beds were very comfortable. There’s a supermarket and two cafés nearby. Joanna was always available to us via text for anything we needed, responding quickly and always with kindness and positivity. We highly recommend this place and would be happy to come back again.

I really liked most things about this place - excellent location (walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants and the beach) well equipped (not too many cooking utensils but enough), large (large!) balcony, two rooms, nice bathroom. Mostly the communications with the host were excellent! Highly recommend this place. Great value!

Wonderful house, the beach is 5 minutes away, transport is also within walking distance, the owner is very friendly, the house is fully equipped and comfortable for rest. Each room has air conditioning, a store is two minutes away, delicious coffee, it was convenient to cook in the house, a large living room where you can have dinner together, the beds are comfortable, the bed linen was clean. We recommend the house to everyone.

We are both programmers working from a far. For us, the place is perfect. Wide rooms with place to work, small kitchen (we mostly home cook), AC, balcony, a small swimming pool outside and cleaning services, also the stuff are Great and all were very nice. Granted, the rooms are a bit outdated, but value-for-money-wise it's the best we had in the Larnaca's area. Also, the village is cute and MUCH nicer than Larnaca, though there is a bus from the village (20 min, 5 min walk) if you want to check it out, there is also a gym nearby (20€ week pass), a grocery store, and some restaurants and bars 5 minutes walk. Highly recommended, will return to work from here again.

Voroklini is a quiet village about 3 kms from a beach, and 8 kms from Larnaca. We have family there and so visit regularly. For more active people a stay of around a week will allow time to chill and relax. Some good (rustic) restaurants at the top of the village.

We chose a strategy of staying in a relatively central location, between Larnaca/Limassol and Ayia Napa, and rented a car. The drives were relatively short, around 30–45 minutes, with clear roads, no traffic, and a highway running across the country. I recommend others do the same.

If we did not have friends living there, we would have needed a car, but there is a good bus service into Larnaca, where buses go to other parts of the island. There were good small supermarkets and a bakery nearby, and lovely cafés.

Oroklini as a location is not really fair - Oroklini is many...

Oroklini as a location is not really fair - Oroklini is many things. This one apartment near the main road was without any view, but it does offer parking at least out of season. There are plenty of eateries, but not exactly a noisy and bustling night scene. Generally very reasonably priced - if sometimes rather tourist oriented. Bars and cafes and several great Indian restaurants andfresh seafood, but no loud night spots. Like that or seek elsewhere! The beach is an easy walk away - and it's a nice beach - season from April till November. However Oroklini is also all the way up past the highway - and up the hills - up there you can get a brilliant view in some of the highest locations. Dont miss the Oroklini Lake/Marsh, if you are at all interested in birds - Cyprus is a very nice spot to watch the migrating birds especially in spring and autumn. Help also by protesting against the rampant netting and gluesticking of the birds, that is illegal but widely practiced anyway. Certain restaurants with local fare will even offer cooked tiny songbirds - leave those immediately of course! I find a car useful everywhere, but there is a certain service with busses to town and also further on towards Agia Napa etc. Not very fast or frequent, but its cheap and it does work.

Oriklini is a very nice village with plenty of amenities, restaurants, shops for all your needs and very good bars. It is well situated with easy access from the motorway and Larnaca Airport. There are beaches within 3 kilometres

Voroklini is a lovely village and has everything you need for your stay, this ranges from the local supermarket, hairdressers, tapa’s bars, restaurants, 24 hour bakery and other local business. One of our fallacies to visit and eat was a lovely little cafe called Butterflies, the food was outstanding along with the service, both ladies who work at this establishment were lovely and nothing was to much for them, I would say the food was the best in the village

We travel a lot, and we can say that such a level of attention to details is truly remarkable! The moment you enter the door you feel at home, and nothing it's missing: clean well-labeled spicies in the kitchen, fresh water and beer in the fridge, razors and toiletries in the toilets, magazines to learn about Cyprus under the TV, adaptors for the appliances... incredibly well-cared. Also the ambient is modern, fresh, and smells good, we really really loved this place and we can definitely recommend it!

Our stay in this place was absolutely fantastic. Virtually brand new, well located for exploring Cyprus by car. The 2 bedroom apartments are massive and super nice. The rooftop pool and bar area is the real jewel - amazing views. Exceptional staff. And all reasonably price. Will happily book again for another visit. Will undoubtedly become popular eventually so book sooner rather than later.

Nice apartment with swimmingpool in quiet area. Breakfast at hotel super. Cosy restaurant at the corner of the street. Parking spot close by. Supermarket at walking distance. We had a car to move around but busses to Larnaca are an alternative, bus schedule available at the reception.
