We liked the hotel so much that we decided to stay in it when we arrived in Erlangen for the second time. Were very satisfied! The entire staff is client-oriented, friendly and attentive: both managers and maids. Helped to solve even those problems that were not related to staying at the hotel. Ww started our Europe trip in May end fom this hotel.. Everything right from the smiling kind people who on knowing we came to visit our son, a student of FAU, staying at a student apartment, allowed him to stay with us and have breakfast at the hotel when he was not included in the guest list. That's a huge kind guesture for any hotel to make! The hotel is aesthetically done, everything, the good variety of breakfast, the bus stops are near, train station is near, the departmental store is near. Extremely well kept room and hotel, with everything we needed for an overnight stay on our way through Germany. The property is tastefully renovated but keeping the external charm of the old buildings.
