We liked everything about our stay.This is a very well maintained and spotless place.They accommodated us even after midnight which was the latest to check in.I had to contact them regarding our check in process (a modern electronic self check system) and they spoke to me in English and did everything to help. They accept pets and we stayed with our little pomeranian dog. We could not try the breakfast they provided as we were in a hurry but it smelled and looked amazing. As we did not request parking(they have underground allocated parking)we could not use it, but it wasn't a problem to park our car in front the hotel.

What a lovely place, an unexpected gem, full of character. We had a trailer with bikes and the staff helped us push it and secure it in the courtyard. The rooms were atmospheric, a little dated, but did not affect the comfort. Lovely terrace to have a drink and food overlooking the lake.

From start to finish, our stay was perfect! The breakfast was fantastic, and the cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch. The staff deserves special mention, particularly Mr. Müller, who was incredibly kind and attentive to our needs. Even when I wasn't feeling well, they made the best out of the situation and helped is feel comfortable. This level of care is truly rare! The hotel meets all the criteria and even goes beyond expectations. Excellent location (central yet peaceful, right by the forest and across from the zoo), cleanliness, breakfast, kitchen, and fantastic staff. We’re so happy to have found such a wonderful pet-friendly hotel, where all our requests and last-minute issues were handled without hesitation. Thank you!

Very quit and comfortable, I really liked that the Rewe is just like one minute , I really liked that they put little treat on the bed (although I didn’t eat because I am Muslim and it has gelatin in it)but I really felt it’s nice ,and the bottle of water water was on the table very excellent, I loved it nothing to complain
