Great property in a fantastic location. Having worked for one of the world’s largest hotel groups, I can confidently say that this is an excellent hotel run by highly professional hoteliers. This hotel is a little gem and a delight from the moment you walk through the door. ALL the staff were so kind, helpful, friendly, warm and welcoming and so very efficient, especially as we spoke no German. All drinks and meals were of great quality and the cocktail maker on Saturday evening was a joy to watch. The ladies who cleaned the rooms were like little fairy’s who came when you weren’t looking and made sure our room was clean and comfortable for our 3 day stay. We also had two Christmas trees sparkling on our balcony. It’s a perfect place to stay in the snow in December and we hope to return one day.

It was a birthday present for myself. The hotel is right in the centre of Dinkelsbühl. I liked the room. The breakfast was good. And I also liked the possibility of the last minute cancellation. I did not know whether I would get there even at 12 o clock of the check-in day.

Very good small hotel in the city center. Liked it. Can recommend to anyone. Breakfast is rather simple but pretty good too, you can order omelette or fried eggs in addition to buffet. Parking is not allowed new hotel, though you can drop you luggage and park car 300 meters away by walk in free and well organized city parking
