Exceptional hotel! Big, very clean room. Big, very clean bathroom. The proximity to the old city ca 6 min walking. Very helpful reception. Very comfortable bad. The breakfast was very tasty, variety of food was for us sufficient. We enjoyed our stay greatly!

The room was spacious, practical, comfortable and desgined well. I liked the small kitchen area to make tea and coffee in the morning, the colours, the design features and small details like the bathroom mirror with an integrated light and the showerhead holders in the bathroom. Bed and pillows - really comfortable. Great accessable location.

* Rooms were spacious, comfortable and very clean, with doors leading directly out to an intimate artrium equippet with tables and chairs that the guest were free to use. * Breakfast was very good, with eggs made ready on demand, and with a great variety of all kinds of food one can wish for on a breakfast table. (And staying in a room next to the brekfast room, I must say that waking up to the smell of fresh, warm bread turned out to be a very good experience.) * The hotel is in a few minutes walking distance from central Bamberg, far enough from the centrum to be situated in a quiet neighbourhood, and near enough so that one can reach all tourist attractions in central Bamberg by foot. * Last, but not least: The staff is very, very friendly and helpful, and all of them make a stay in this hotel a very good experience.

This hotel has a perfect location right in the center of Bamberg. The central area with shopping opportunities and fine dining is in a walking distance. It literally takes less than 5 minutes to get to the old city. My room was quite spacious and had everything that I needed during my stay. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to accommodate my needs and wishes. The guy at the reception desk helped to bring down my heavy luggage on the last day of my stay and the lady at the breakfast was very helpful when I couldn't find hot water for my tea. All in all, excellent service, very glad that I chose this particular hotel for my stay.
