It is just a really great and easily accessible location for our trip, yet a surprisingly quiet and rural hotel considering its proximity to a major motorway. The hotel and grounds are also lovely and with very easy access to the town square (a five minute walk). Staff are very friendly and helpful, and the adjoining restaurant we had our evening meal in was also superb. Can't wait to go back!

The hotel most incredible of all that we meet in Europe trip, we are coming here and observed that the parking is full. But the pleasure quality personal staff helped us with another parking area! The property is pretty and quite new. One of the owners was nice enough to welcome us from the parking lot. They don’t have a lot of rooms, but each room is big and newly renovated so it’s perfect for people who don’t like crowds. The room was quite comfortable although I do wonder how it would be in summer because I didn’t notice air conditioning - our room had sound proof windows but when the window was opened, it got pretty loud. We could hear everything happening on the road. If you’re visiting Schloss Wackerbarth - this is the hotel that brings you the closest to the winery so you actually get crazy drunk and not have to worry about crawling back to your room cause it’s pretty close.

The hotel is situated quite close to motorway 4, but far enough not to be disturbed by motorway noise at all. We arrived quite late, but as they have a reception 24/7, accommodating us was very easy. The hotel is divided into three separate buildings, we were in building 3 with a separate car park. The room was very clean, and decent size, all nice modern and tidy, with comfy beds. The restaurant is in building no.1, We have taken an option with the breakfast, which was also very good. Nice traditional buffet-style breakfast with a selection of bread, hams, cheeses, vegetables, yoghurts, nice coffee, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff were very welcoming, professional and helpful when needed. The carpark spaces are located at the back of the hotel and a few more at the front by the road. I was able to find a space for my car when I arrived. The hotel is clean and I liked the interior. There are some communal spaces if you want to relax elsewhere other than your room. The room was spacious with a good bathroom, a shower with great pressure and a TV with plenty of channels. This was a stop over for me so I found it very convenient not to have to drive into a city centre but still being within a 15 minute tram ride from the old town. The bed was comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. Very quiet on my floor with the occasional neighbour closing their doors but I didn't mind that as you expect it. The breakfast had plenty of choice and it's a nice big room with a 6.30am opening which is great for early risers. I would stay here again.

I wasn't able to use my booking as the cash register was closing at 22:00 (I've arrived at 23:00) and said I have to pay by cash: card, paying in booking app,paying morning with card and leaving valuable as guarantee was not allowed. I was simply told to walk away and that I will not be able to use my booking and they don't care where will I sleep. Could not imagine such situation would happen in Germany in a chain hotel.

Perfect spot for stop over on a long journey. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very adequate for the price. We travelled with a dog, there was loads of space for a decent walk around the hotel and even to throw the ball for him. Big plus was electric charging station just outside the hotel for our electric car. Would happily stay over again on the way back.

It was clean and simple. We visites family in Dresden and with a 25 mins drive and cheaper than the coty hotels it worked. Plus the Ionity Electric chargers worked well. 25% off breakfast and other meals. Staff were friendly.

Hotel just up from the town square. Recommend Haus Aydin for a meal and a drink. Hotel breakfast OK plenty of cold meats cheeses salads to choose from. Plenty of hotel parking. Very dog friendly.

Nice, affordable hotel. Liked the accomodation and close to the town centre (only 15 min drive away) Had all the basic required facilities.
