HOTEL RALF seems to be brand new. It is nicely decorated, very elegant place with modern designed interior. The room is spacious & the bathroom is very comfortable regarding size(big) & functionality. Bad is big & so comfy! I have had a good rest there. Despite the traffic, it was not loud as the balcony door has soundproof glass! The view from the room was so nice, especially during the night & you can see Martyr' s monument in the distance ,lightened in beautiful colors. The breakfast was served from 6.30 a.m. which is great for tourists who go for early morning excursions as myself, at 7.am.! The choice of food was really good, with some local specialties as well (local brad, cake, sweets, fruits etc.) & all other usual hotel choices on offer. Wi Fi worked very well which was important to me. There are some shops nearby -like pharmacy, vegan food store, grocery's etc. I am especially grateful to the staff for their understanding & compassion for my situation due to many difficulties which I had undergone as a result of delayed /cancelled flights from Paris to Algiers. I recommend hotel Ralf with confidence that you will enjoy your stay & I am sure I would gladly be back there next time. Great place to stay!

The people and staff were amazing, so kind and helpful. The terrace has a breathtaking view of the bay and the Casbah that you won’t find anywhere else. The building is a heritage of the Casbah incredibly well preserved! The location is perfect for getting to know the Casbah, walking to the coast and all the attractions of this wonderfully and historical city!
