The staff were amazing, attentive and helpful. The family made sure that the fire was always going to keep us warm, gave us milk for teas and coffees daily and made sure all our other needs were met. The cooking was £8 per person and did not disappoint, it was very delicious and filling.

We loved everything about this place, it was the best accommodation we had in our whole trip around Ecuador, from the location to the staff, the room, the surroundings, it was all absolutely lovely, can't recommend enough. The hotel is a modern and clean boutique place and they offer to park nearby. The city center of Latacunga. Service was impeccable and breakfast was buffet style, small but very good, and different options. I've to say that the shower was the best shower with hot water and pressure we had and the soap is awesome too!
