First of all thanks to Mina who was Supervisor of front office, than the other animition team and kitchen team are really nice and well coming. Excellent Service and Unforgettable Hospitality I stayed at this hotel for one night in a sea-view room, and the experience was truly outstanding. The room was exceptionally spacious and offered a breathtaking view of the sea. In the evening, I enjoyed a delicious dinner at the hotel’s new restaurant, to which I was kindly invited by the Guest Relations Manager, Ms. Rowan. Although my original reservation was made for several days through a third party, Ms. Rowan went above and beyond to assist me in modifying it without any extra charges or penalties. She made multiple phone calls on my behalf and handled everything in a highly professional and efficient manner. I would like to sincerely thank her for her dedication, effort, and exceptional service. I would also like to express my appreciation to Mr. Mahmoud, the bellman, who was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. Last but certainly not least, I would like to thank the Chief of Security Mr. Hathem. An unfortunate conflict arose between me and another guest, during which the other guest behaved very rudely and even became physically aggressive by grabbing my hand. The Chief of Security and his professional team handled the situation calmly and expertly, resolved the conflict, and ensured that I ultimately received an apology from the guest. Overall, my stay was short but truly memorable thanks to the outstanding staff and excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return.
