Special mention must go to Mr. Momen, the ever-attentive manager, whose calm professionalism and genuine care made the stay seamless. Mohammed and Abdelrahman, who assisted with information, luggage, and day-to-day comforts, were absolute gems — kind, cheerful, and incredibly courteous. There was a quiet magic to our time at Numero CINQ — from the soft glow of the garden in the evening to the calm comfort of its tastefully appointed interiors. It's rare to find a place that so perfectly captures both the chic allure and hearty spirit of Cairo. A majestic stay we’ll be sure to return to soon.

Fairmont Nile City exceeded what I have expected. The staff, every one of them, made our three-nights stay so comfortable and memorable. The Dine-in service was fast, food was delicious, the Sky Pool was warm and cosy, room was up to date and super clean. A special shout out to reception staff Michael, he went beyond to help us out with a bigger and quieter room and even overworked one night to make sure we are happy with everything. Fairmont, you should be proud that you have such a considerate and efficient employee. Moustafa from Dine-in service was very helpful too. We will definitely come back!
