Awesome stay as super friendly hosts. Karin and Wolfgang made the experience very special. We hiked up from Valle Gran Rey in the morning and had a lovely afternoon at Casa Tara. Well restored traditional house. Katrin has a great sense for decoration, making the place very cosy and relaxing. Well equipped and homey kitchen. Very happy that this place enabled us to stay in Hayas on our hike around La Gomera. Smooth communication. The village has a lovely cultural landscape. One of the two restaurants in walking distance, Casa Efigenia, is worth a detour on its own. Fantastic vegetarian food from local ingredients, very good value set menu. Casa Tara is highly recommended. Would come back.

Boutique hotel, recently opened. Colonial style building w high ceilings and wooden floor. Vallehermoso is a tiny village (beautiful), great location for visiting the Garajonay park and surroundings. The hotel is Beautiful recently opened so very fresh. Allow pets❤️ (no issues for non-pet owners when I was there). Very clean. Quiet (after midnight- 100% quiet). Has a good restaurant. Sturdy beds (no soft wobbliness) with great linen. No daily cleaning of rooms. Coffee machine. No fridge. Lovely views. Nice personnel (one of the waiters is actually a philosophy degree student who has interesting points of view on the life on the island). We thought great value for price. Thank you- and best of luck to the best lodging we had in La Gomera!

Great view from the terrace in front of the studio, fully equipped kitchen, hotel like bedroom and amenities, neat bathroom with a shower - you can see the space is managed by someone who has hotel experience. Beautiful view of a quiet valley. Nice spacious apartment. Enough hot water for at least two people to shower. Bring your own water/groceries - shopping is in vallehermoso. Well stocked kitchen with salt/oil for cooking - or at least someone had left some. Only 100m from the old GR132 trail, and connected to Vallehermoso and Agulo by trails. We took a taxi from Vallehermoso, and walked on to Agulo. Comfy couch and cozy tv night opportunity.

Great spacious and fully equipped apartment with nice balcony. Everything is very clean and modern. You have fully equipeed kitchen including dishes, kettle, fridge or microwave. Check-in process is fully automated with keys in the lockbox. The owner provides very detailed information via WhatsApp on the day of arrival. Communication was really perfect! Wi-fi is good.
