Morning coffee on the terrace overlooking the valley was very special. We had both lunches at the hotel restaurant and the food was excellent. A comfortable room with great views. But one of the best things were the staff. So friendly, helpful and happy even though it was obvious they were working very hard.

Great place to stay, very quite area with a lot of trees, golf course and the best of all is that it is in the mountains. Staff were very courteous and help me to get a safe place out of the rain for my motorcycle. Restaurant and food was great.

Bright, clean and modern room. Our room was silent for a good night’s sleep even though we were located on a loud and busy plaza (on a Friday night) — good insulating windows for a great night’s sleep. Good location for walking around Alsasua’s cute shops and homes. Mountain view a couple streets away.

Location was perfect. Staff are delightful. Room was well equipped and totally functional.
