Couldn't Gain access to the room as the owner of the property was supposed to leave the key for access and didn't, had to find alternative accommodation. Stay away it's a scam

We loved this hotel. We had a room on the 5th floor that overlooked the internal airshaft. The location was perfect, close to everything in the historic centre and not too far from the shopping district. The room was clean and comfy. Staff were helpful. The cafe downstairs was also excellent.
