Absolutely amazing!! Best place we've stayed the entire 3 weeks in Europe. The host was quick to arrive very knowledgeable and multilingual. The facility was stunningly well decorated, the pool was great after a long day on the Camino. There was even complimentary chocolate water and slippers in the room. Right on the Way. I met am angels. A host and her daughter were so friendly and kind. I lost the way in the dark because of my foot injury 🤕 They were concerned about me and took me by car where I am..! I can not imagine the arrival in caldas de leis without them. Room was so cozy, and the bed was so comfortable. They serve me the free washing machine. House was modern and clean! And location was so good 👍 Moreover, people in caldas de leis were so nice. This house and the town was the best while in camino de santigao! Thank you angels once again. I will keep your hospitalities in my mind forever🥹

The lodging is very new and quite easy to stay in.

The lodging is very new and quite easy to stay in. The beds were comfortable, it was a safe area. The kitchen was decent, the air conditioning worked well (important during this stay as it was hot in CdR). It seemed to be quiet so getting a good nights rest was easy. There are dining amenities very close and there is also a produce market if you are inclined to make your own food! The wifi was a little dodgy at times. We used the washing machine and the clothes drying rack which made our stay there very productive.

A great place to stay for the Camino. Very helpful locals good restaurants and supermarkets the girl in the information bureau was so helpful when I asked if she could call speak in Spanish to the host of our apartment when we could not get the link to work so helpful. would visit again as Caldes de Reis had a good vibe

There was a good street market when we arrived around...

There was a good street market when we arrived around lunchtime. It was really difficult to find a place that would serve a meal in the early evening. Finally, we found Bar La Catedral Del Sabor, very near our hotel. The owners are lovely and we had a good meal there. They have a stamp for the Camino passport also. The bridge on the Camino, as it leaves Caldas da Reis, is very picturesque.

Caldas de Reis is a stopover for the people walking the "Camino de Santiago". Very quite and small town with lots of hostels and hotels for the walkers. Best restaurants - O Loureiro and O Muiño

It's a nice small town, very charming and picturesque. Nice parks to walk around, plenty of restaurants and cafes. It's small so easy to get around by walking. Did not partake of the hot springs but this town definitely famous for them.

Caldas de Reis is a beautiful, walkable village.

Caldas de Reis is a beautiful, walkable village. There is a 30-minute walk to a waterfall that I wanted to take but it was too hot that afternoon. It was too hot to take advantage of the hot pools as well. It would have been nice to stay another day here, take a rest day. The restaurants looked really nice as well.

Good place to stay in Caldas de Reis on your Camino. Owners are very friendly and helpful, they are really happy to have you in their pension. Located in very good and central place in town. Room was super simple, but absolutely okay to have a rest, if you are doing Camino. They will provide you traditional sandwich with spanish omlete for breakfast and it is really nice.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, especially Adriano and Sandra. Their warmth and care truly made a difference. I had just arrived after injuring my feet while walking the Camino de Santiago and they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. This meant a lot to me. Thank you so much!
