We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished — exactly what we hoped for. Housekeeping came every day, so everything stayed spotless throughout our stay. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of options at every meal. It was great to see such a diverse selection, and everything we tried was delicious. The pools were amazing — both for adults and kids. Our children especially enjoyed the kids' pools and the fun activities organized during the day. The evening kids' programs were a real highlight too — they were entertaining, well-organized, and perfect for winding down after a busy day. All in all, this hotel exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for families!

It’s literally the most beautiful hotel on the island . It can’t better than this . We chose the room with jacuzzi and sea view and cliff view. It was paradise The view , the rooms , the staff were outstanding. We had dinner and breakfast with the room. The food is outstanding.it’s an all you can eat buffet and the choices of food are excellent. If we visit Tenerife again we will be choosing this hotel again & again.

Everything was absolutely great. Location, apartment, parking, ocean view, equipped kitchen, the store across the street is great. Santa offered us a later check out due to our departure, that was very nice, we appreciate it.

Loved our holiday at Ritz Carlton . The room was very large with a lovely feel , I think recently renovated. Every one of the staff were excellent, especially Victor in the lobby bar , what a gentleman! The hotel had beautiful grounds and gardens you felt like you were in paradise. The breakfast was lovely and the restaurants for evening meals were exceptional. We tried them all apart from the Japanese only because we don’t like Japanese, I’m sure they were lovely too . The restaurants are expensive but I’d say it’s a dining experience not just the food , the staff in all the restaurants were again exceptional. The beach was beautiful and had a lovely beach bar . We have just arrived back home and already thinking of booking for next year we had a great holiday . Also if you’re a golfer the Abama golf course is amazing. I’ve played golf all over the world and this was up there with the best.

Stuff was wonderful, very friendly, and helpful. The owner helped us when we had a problem with the lock. We loved the pool, the jacuzzi, and the sounds of the exotic birds.
