A comfortable hotel in the countryside near Comillas with a large swimming pool and gardens to relax in. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant - the hake with a saffron sauce was recommended and didn't disappoint. Unrelated to the hotel, we loved El Capricho de Gaudi in Comillas. We booked on-line and paid for an excellent guided tour in English which at only 3€ extra was an absolute bargain.

Staying in Comillas felt like a Camino upgrade! We had a beautiful house by the sea — waking up to the sound of waves and ending the day with ocean views was just surreal. The town itself is stunning, full of character, with Gaudí architecture, charming streets, and a super relaxed vibe. It was the perfect blend of rest, beauty, and seaside magic.
