We chose this property because it was remote and unique. In the perfect location for our travels. We were travelling with pets en route to France to catch a ferry. We could not have chosen better. It was quaint, amazingly well equipped and we didn’t want for anything. Our host filled the cottage with juice, milk, yogurt, fresh bread, sweets and everything you could hope for including a pizza oven which was great as we needed it for a meal. The property was dog secure and Lourdes called us en route to check we were briefed on the directions (she’d sent us a great video) and checked on our understanding of the key location as well as arrangements to preheat the cottage which was much needed and appreciated. All in all a wonderful very comfortable excellent stay. Thank you Lourdes.

Lorena and her Husband are wonderful hosts. Our satnav took us to another village and Lorena's husband re-directed us and was waiting for us when we arrived. he had found parking for us and assisted with our bags. The welcome was very warm and we cannot praise this hotel enough. Our 2 small dogs were welcomed warmly. The attention to detail in the rooms, the thought put into everything throughout our stay is the best we have received in a spanish hotel. Nothing was too much trouble and we had little extras - a plate of biscuits and cake, a gift of almonds on leaving. Lorena's husband went ahead and negotiated for the local bar to allow our 2 small dogs in and prepare us some tapas and tomato salad as the other places to eat were closed and we did not want a main meal in the other hotel/restaurant. The rooms are beautifully decorated and furnished and we had the advantage of a little side room with a couch and refreshment facilities. There are complimentary drink in the fridge. We could not work the coffee machine (our lack of skill!) and Lorena came straight across to show us, providing fresh milk on request. The breakfast is delivered to your door at an agreed time and there is also a beautiful small room where you can sit at a table and eat. The breakfast is plentiful with lots of choice including a warm tortilla which was delicious. We actually felt we did not pay enough for the room! We highly recommend this beautiful hotel with wonderful hosts. As it has just 4 rooms, this would be superb for a family get together, it is so peaceful and quiet, the rooms layout are brilliant for a meditative, DIY retreat experience. A visiting massage therapist for tired muscles after long distance driving would be the icing on the cake. We are planning our driving route for next September to include a stay here again. Highly recommend.

Very nice staff comfy beds and well located place in the city center

A well run hotel in the centre of Jaca that I wouldn't hesitate to use again. Although the hotel is in the Pedestrian only centre of Jaca it was only a 2 minute walk to a quiet street where we were able to to safely park our motorcycle.

The room was very spacious and well equipped. Nice mountain view from the window. Many free public parking places around the hotel. Very friendly staff at the reception.

All of the staff we encountered were superb. When I asked where the parking garage was located, the gentleman at the desk walked me across the street and down the block to show me. The hotel is only one block from the old city center, across from a nice little park, and a short walk to the Ciudadela fortress. There was no AC in our room, but the floor standing fan and open window kept the temperature comfortable. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Parking is in a building on the street across the park from the hotel. Spaces are limited and you need to reserve in advance. This hotel is a really great value!

Everything, the hotel is great. Secure parking for my motorbike. Good food and great little busy bar / cafe / restaurant. Staff really helpful and friendly would recommend highly if you're interested in seeing the mountains it's a great spot and a lovely city
