We really enjoyed our time in the little mountain village! From the plot you have a fantastic view to the costal line and the wonderful ocean! You can sit there in the garden and enjoy your coffee. It was indeed very peaceful and we didnt miss anything though the room is a very basic one where you only have what is really needed. The hosts were super friendly (also child friendly) and easy going. There is a Bus departing very close to the house and also a supermarket and a nice small local Cafeteria, that we really adored and which were open every day, even on saturday, providing almost everything we needed. Very convenient! The acccomodation has a good washing Machine, a nice Shower / Bathroom and basic kitchen-equipment. For us one downside would only be that the bathroom and room are seperated. You get to it by walking through the garden into a small side house. Perhaps also that the hut can become cold sometimes in the night since the isolation is not on a maximum level. But since there is so much to see and enjoy on Gran Canaria, we wouldnt be bothered and I would defenetly still recommend the place for even a long stay! For us an absolute recomendation! Especially if you are fine to live in a more basic way.

My partner and I had an amazing three-night stay at Occidental Roca Negra – Adults Only. The hotel is tucked into the cliffs, so the ocean views from our private terrace were stunning. The pool was perfect for lounging, and the spa was a great way to unwind. We loved the food, especially the rooftop restaurant with its awesome views. Plus, it’s super close to natural pools and beaches. The staff was welcoming and made everything easy. If you're looking for a chill, romantic getaway, this place is a winner!

We fall in love with this property and its interior design...it really reminded us of Bali - and funny fact, they also have a place in Bali! The hotel is 15-min away from the capital city and the it was splendid. Each corner of the place is beautifully designed and full with plants and looks exactly like in the pictures...maybe even better. The bed was very confortable. The room was pretty big and the lighting in the room was so bright and perfect for pictures! The interior garden is a dream and the music played in silence makes it even more magic. The breakfast was delicious, not very diverse, but just enough containing only high quality food. Each day, you could ask for omlette, eggs and pancakes and they would cook them there just in front of you! We loved how delicious and how quick everything was! The staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful. Last, but no least, the small sun terrace with its little pool is again a dream! It is definitely a place we will come back to!
