My wife was not feeling good and the owner was constantly offering any help they could give. Very lovely couple. You need a car to get around.

Love the house, very nice host, kids loved the pool! Town area was nice and quiet with restaurants around the corner, local butcher down the street! Parking is fine right outside the front door.

The facilities are excellent, the room was quiet (with a nice view of the Guadiana river) and the location was also very good (close to the bridge that leads to the old town). But the highlight was the amicability and professionalism of its staff, particularly DAVID at the reception who went out of his way to give us a nicer room and much earlier than the standard check-in time. This is the attitude that differentiates certain hotel staff from others, and DAVID's attitude in pleasing the customer is rated at the top of his profession. I congratulate NH Extremadura for the quality of its staff, as represented by DAVID.
