It's just a fantastic place to stay at as a family! The hotel facilities are awesome: 2 pools (1 with loads of inflatable toys and balls and younameit for kids to play with new found friends all day long, 1 quiet pool for those who want to relax), a bowling alley, trampolines, playground, kids animation, etc all set in a beautiful setting. The hotel grounds are ample, no tall buildings, plants everywhere. The breakfast and dinner buffets are very diverse and appease everyone's appetite. The family rooms are massive (63m2). The small beach of Mogan is just a few minutes easy walk away, with beach bars and activities, as is the picturesque port with it's smalll restaurants. Mogan is a lovely small and charming place, in contrast to other tourist towns like Puerto Rico or Maspalomas with their huge hotel bunkers.

We spent an amazing week, all the hotel staff from the reception to the maids, cooks, bar staff and everyone else were great, helpful and accommodating, the location was quiet which suited us, the food was delicious and varied, every day you could choose something according to your taste , the pool bar was great and the offer was very rich. I can say that this was not our last visit to this beautiful hotel.

I just came back from this resort in Spain, and honestly, it was one of the best vacations of my life. I’ve stayed at all-inclusive places before, but this one truly has everything you can imagine right inside the hotel. Let me start with the food—because wow. It’s unlimited, available all day, and the quality is incredible. Every meal was fresh, tasty, and there were so many options that I never ate the same thing twice unless I wanted to. Buffets, snacks, restaurants… everything was top-notch. I’ve never been so spoiled with food at a resort. The facilities are just as impressive. The hotel has so much to do that you literally don’t need to leave the property. Multiple pools, activities, spa, gym, evening shows, bars, places to relax—you name it, they have it. It felt like a small city designed just for guests to enjoy. My room was super clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a great view from the balcony. The staff were friendly, always smiling, and really made the experience even better. They were quick to help with anything and made me feel completely at home. Overall, this resort gave me everything I wanted from a holiday and more. If you’re looking for a place in Spain where you can relax, eat amazing food, and never run out of things to do, I 100% recommend staying here. I’m already planning to come back!
