The rooms were modern, beautifully-furnished, and clean. I enjoyed the central location in Santa Cruz and it was easy to get everywhere. The rooftop swimming pool was really cool too.

Especially the girl at the reception- I believe her name is Maria - went above and beyond to help me not only with restaurant recommendations, but even making an appointment at a local dentist for me. I enjoyed the staff friendliness and readiness to help. One evening they even helped me get accommodation for a friend of mine who couldn't find another hotel in town. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was always super clean. I like to sit outside their café where they have a nice and quiet spot that I used to work in the morning. Their wifi was fast and allowed me to work with no interruptions.

Loved the location, the breakfast was decent and the parking was cool to have since we drove there. I loved the quiet music that can be heard throughout the hotel. Also loved the jacuzzi at the last floor
