This was a great location and a beautiful place to stay. We were just passing through on our way from northern spain back to madrid with our rental car. We wanted to be close enough to madrid to driving in the morning. But this location was very beautiful with a nice walking path and a good breakfast.

It's a pet friendly house with a great pool and garden. The house is well cleaned and the maintenance is cool. It took me some 15-20 minutes driving from the house to Avila (city). We took a visit about the muralla of Avila at night. You can cook in the house and there is a full kitchen set. The shower is in good function and the hot water is 24 hours.

This was such a great place to stay! Parking was a bonus, because we were exploring the region by car. It's adjacent to a main road, but the windows are good at keeping out any road noise. Segovia, Avila and even Madrid are within reasonable distance, and the mountains, high plains and canyons in the area are just spectacular. Our host provided us with a wealth of tourist information, as well as some personal recommendations (we had a great lunch in Segovia based on his advice). Our rooms were extremely comfortable, the kitchen facilities were great, and the living area in the apartment was fabulous. The elevator was a plus (you do have a few steps up before the elevator).
