Casa don Eliseo is a meticulously renovated hotel, with a lot of consideration for the history of the house. The room was spacious and had a lot of nice details. Aurelie and Ben are amazing hosts and cooks (do stay for dinner and breakfast!). All in all one of the highlights of our holiday and a one of a kind hotel.

The hotel is only 10 years old. It has nice features like a full service restaurant and elevator. Room looked out onto a beautiful landscape. Not all the rooms offer that feature as it also is an active overnight truck stop. So I requested a room on the opposite side.

Self catering caves have fully equipped kitchen so easy to make own breakfast to have on the beautiful outside patio. Beds set up to your own requirements. Nice bathrooms big showers with plenty of hot water. Easy parking. Location is excellent quiet with easy access to surrounding areas and couple of minutes into Huescar. Chris is a great host a mind of information about the area and more than happy to pass this along. Great value for money

I'd long wanted to know about the cave houses of this region and it is quite interesting from a historical as well as practical point of view. We also met Angel who restored these 10 homes and is currently working nearby on another community of 71 houses, LA Herradura, Huescar.
